Essay

The dissertation comprehensively investigates the problem of practical training of future officers of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the basis of NATO standards. The relevance of the study is due to the need to resolve the contradictions between the current state of training of naval officers, which provides for various types of practices and the requirements for a military specialist put forward by martial law; domestic scientific, methodological and material and technical support for the implementation of practical training of future officers of the tactical level of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the need to achieve interoperability of troops (forces) on the basis of NATO standards; current organizational and pedagogical conditions for practical training of future officers of the tactical level of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the need to train a highly qualified military specialist - a leader officer. Based on a holistic scientific study, a theoretical generalization was made, the essence was substantiated and the structure of the concept of "practical training of future officers of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" was revealed. The current state of practical training in the Higher Education Institutions is interpreted as a complex of mutually agreed regulatory, organizational, methodological and didactic measures, covering the entire cycle of training under educational and professional programs for the training of naval officers of relevant specializations, which consists of various types of practices. It was found that the features of the practical training of future officers of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the basis of NATO standards are a clear guideline for the formation and training of a highly professional military specialist who operates in conditions of close joint activity of different branches of high-tech and highly maneuverable troops (forces), is able to quickly navigate in fast-paced combat conditions and make optimal effective command decisions; emphasis on leadership and management competencies during training. The need to implement effective organizational and pedagogical conditions during the practical training of future officers is substantiated; The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of practical training of officers of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine based on NATO standards have been clarified, developed and scientifically substantiated: targeted formation of motivation of future Navy officers; professionalization of the educational process; digitalization of the educational environment; organization and activation of the educational process; formation of personal qualities and skills of cadets. The determined organizational and pedagogical conditions are the basis of the model for implementing the organizational and pedagogical conditions of practical training of officers of the Ukrainian Navy based on NATO standards. The developed model contains interconnected and mutually dependent blocks: conceptual-target, organizational-procedural and effective-corrective and is flexible due to the dynamic acquisition of combat experience during the educational and professional process. Indicators of the formation of professional competence of cadets of the Higher Military Educational Institution were studied as a set of motivational, cognitive, activity, emotional-volitional and reflective-personal criteria using certain methods. An analysis of the dynamics of the level of professional competence throughout the experiment was performed. The conclusions were verified and substantiated through mathematical and statistical calculations. The introduction of the author's model into the educational process allowed the formation of certain professional competencies and leadership qualities of cadets. The conducted research has theoretical and practical value for military pedagogy, as it contains results that can be implemented in the educational and professional process of training future tactical-level officers in domestic military universities and military higher educational institutions. The undeniable value of the obtained results lies in the identification and substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of practical training of a future military specialist - a tactical-level officer of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which contribute to and effectively enhance their acquisition of competencies and, as a final result, the training of highly qualified military specialists - leaders, capable of performing assigned tasks, bearing personal and professional responsibility for their actions and the results of decisions made.
