The dissertation is devoted to the development of innovative competence of teachers of secondary education institutions using digital educational platforms. The relevance of the topic is due to the rapid development of pedagogical education, changes in society. One of the demands of modern education is the training of a highly qualified specialist who is able not only to meet a number of professional requirements, but also to demonstrate readiness for global transformations of an innovative nature. Since the teacher is the leading initiator of changes in the educational process, one of the competencies comes to the fore – innovation. Its essence lies in the ability to apply scientific methods of cognition in the educational process, to possess algorithms for implementing innovations in one's activities, to evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency, in the possibility of exchanging experience with others, and in the implementation of various approaches to solving problems in pedagogical activity. Therefore, the problem of developing the innovative competence of a teacher of a general secondary education institution using digital educational platforms is in the focus of attention of scientists and requires further understanding and finding practical tools for its solution. Therefore, the object of the study is the development of the innovative competence of teachers of general secondary education institutions. The subject is the content and methodological support for the development of the innovative competence of teachers of general secondary education institutions using digital educational platforms. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and develop the content and methodological support for the development of the innovative competence of teachers of general secondary education institutions using digital educational platforms and to verify its effectiveness.
