Essay

The purpose of the study is to develop a model and theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of future teachers to manage students' educational activities in a specialized secondary school. Research methods: theoretical, empirical, observational, diagnostic, statistical. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is that: – for the first time, the pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of future teachers to manage the educational activities of students in a specialized secondary school have been substantiated (actualization of the development of professional value orientations, positive sustainable motivation, abilities of future teachers for managerial activities in the educational process using active methods, innovative forms and educational technologies; – the content of the categories has been clarified: “management”, “pedagogical management”, “leadership”, “managerial activity”, “teaching activity”, “management of the educational process”, “management of students’ educational activities”, “profile training”; “profile school”, “professional training of a future teacher for managerial activities”; – the content, forms, methods, technologies for forming the readiness of future teachers to manage the educational activities of students in a specialized secondary school have been improved; – theoretical approaches to the problem of forming the readiness of future teachers for management have been further developed educational activities of students in a specialized secondary school. Experimental base of the study. The research and experimental work was carried out on the basis of the Municipal Institution of Higher Education "Dnipropetrovsk Academy of Continuing Education of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council", the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, the Municipal Institution of Higher Education "Odesa Academy of Continuing Education of the Odessa Regional Council", the Grigoriy Skovoroda University in Pereyaslav. At different stages, 567 people studying in the specialty 014.01 Secondary Education (Ukrainian Language and Literature) participated in the study: 153 applicants for KG, 162 persons for EG; 014.15 specialty Secondary Education (Natural Sciences): 117 persons for KG, 135 applicants for EG of the second master's level; 29 teachers were also involved.
