The dissertation consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, a list of sources and literature, and appendices. The structure of the dissertation is determined by the main objectives of the qualification study. For the first time, the object of the study is the perpetrators of the Great Terror of 1937-1938 in Soviet Ukraine as its actors and victims, and the subject of the study − is the historical circumstances of the formation of the phenomenon of a terrorist in its genesis.
