The dissertation is divided into three sections, followed by a list of sources and references. The structure of the dissertation is determined by the main tasks of the qualification research. For the first time, the factual priority and conceptual foundations of the scientific heritage of the famous American scientist Robert Conquest – an authoritative researcher of the Soviet political system of the 1920s and 1930s, the theory and practice of Stalinism, the causes and consequences of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine become the object and subject of a systematic study.
