Patterns were determined and fundamentals of targeted synthesis of novel water-soluble surface active oligoelectrolytes with terminal peroxide-containing fragment and block-copolymers on their basis were developed for their using as carriers of drugs, DNA, antimicrobal and antifungal agents and nanoscaled water systems of delivery and for obtainian and functionalization of magnetic nanoparticles.
