Strategic partnership in the Foreign Policy of Ukraine. The thesis investigates the origin and development of strategic partnerhip as a special instrument of Ukrainian foreign policy The author outlines the criteria for a system of strategic partnership. The interstate relations corresponding to majority of these criteria makes it possible to include those relations into the category of strategic partnership.
